Yesterday, on October 2nd, the State fire and Rescue Service took part in a “Trailblazer 2024” conference hosted by the State Chancellery to share its "Trailblazer story” about the 112 Latvia app and the Tactical house of the Fire Safety and Civil Protection College. Additional separate plaques were also placed in the venue, on which information was also provided on other relevant public administration innovations. They also included a brief insight into the Single Contact Centre Platform implemented within the framework of the European Regional Development Fund project 'Single Contact Centre Platform for operational services support and delivery of public services'.
The innovations put in place not only improve public safety but also prove the everyone needs to dream... Because once cherished dreams have turned into reality!
The Fire and Rescue Service says thank to everyone who took part in this change and is determined to continue the path that has been taken - to improve processes and create new opportunities!
