Civil Protection and Disaster Management Law
The purpose of Law is to determine the competence of the system of civil protection and disaster management subjects in order to ensure, to the extent possible, the safety and protection of people, the environment and property in case of a disaster or threats thereof.
Emergency Situation and State of Exception Law
The purpose of Law is to ensure national security in case of threat to national security. The Law prescribes the procedures by which a special legal regime - emergency situation or state of exception is declared and revoked, as well as the rights of state administration and local government authorities, natural persons and legal persons, their restrictions, special duties and provision of the rule of law during validity of such legal regimes.
